Meet The Guys 360: The Graffiti Duo Transforming Accra With Color and Purpose

What began as two individual dreams has blossomed into a shared vision that’s now transforming the streets of Accra.

Meet The Guys 360: The Graffiti Duo Transforming Accra With Color and Purpose

The graffiti duo known as Meet The Guys 360 made up of Richmond Kweku Adu (Black) and Cashmere Opoku Ntiamoah (Akidi) have been turning ordinary spaces into bold canvases of color, nature, and imagination.

Their work captures not just the eye, but the soul. With every stroke, they channel beauty, freedom, and the raw vibrancy of life in ways that make passers-by pause, reflect, and smile.

A Brotherhood Born in Art

“We met in our second year of art school,” Richmond shares. But what started as a classroom connection quickly turned into something deeper. “Cashmere and I started vibing creatively almost immediately,” he adds. Today, they’re more than artistic collaborators “we’re lifelong brothers,” Cashmere says.

Over time, that bond evolved into Meet The Guys 360, a name now becoming synonymous with Accra’s growing street art culture.

Why Graffiti?

Both artists discovered their passion for art early in life, later sharpening their skills through formal training. Though they explored various art forms, it was graffiti that stuck—literally and figuratively.

“Graffiti felt right. It gave us the freedom to reach everyday people,” they explain. “It allows us to take our art beyond galleries, turning forgotten corners into moments of beauty.”

The duo’s approach to graffiti isn’t random. “We brainstorm, research, sketch… it’s a full process,” says Richmond. “Accra inspires us, and from there, we pour everything into each piece, color, form, texture, message.”

Inspired by Nature, Driven by Passion

For these two, nature is an endless muse. It informs their themes, textures, and tones. Whether it’s a sprawling wall mural or a smaller installation, their work connects viewers to feelings, memories, and shared human experiences.

Their signature style fuses realism, color theory, and surrealism often drawing attention to environmental themes, mental health, and community.

Art in Ghana: Beauty Meets Barriers

But the path hasn’t been smooth. “Art isn’t fully appreciated in Ghana yet,” Cashmere admits. “Access to materials, funding, and visibility can be tough. But we’ve learned to work with what we have and keep pushing.”

Despite the challenges, their portfolio is growing. They’ve taken part in art festivals, media interviews, and regional projects that have exposed them to Ghana’s rich cultural tapestry.

Looking Ahead

With growing recognition and new government-backed projects in the works, Meet The Guys 360 is just getting started. Their dream? To become a household name in Ghanaian and African contemporary art—and to inspire young artists to pick up a spray can, a brush, or whatever tool they have access to, and just start.

“We want to show the next generation that you don’t have to wait for permission to create. You just have to begin.”
