DJ Cuppy, Teni Bag Nominations for Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards

A number of African music stars have been nominated for the 2020 Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards.

The nominations in the Favourite African Star category are;

Teni (Nigeria), Patricia Kihoro (Kenya), Sho Madjozi (South Africa) and Shekinnah (South Africa). Gelato singer, DJ Cuppy (Nigeria), Anne Kansiime (Uganda), Chané Grobler (South Africa) and Prev Reddy (South Africa) are also nominated in the Favourite African Social Media Star category.

Cuppy took to twitter to announce her nominations and ask for fans to vote for her;

The 33rd Annual Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards, which will be will be held on March 22, 2020, at the The Forum in Inglewood, California and streamed on social media and on Nickelodeon television channels, is to be hosted by US rapper, Chance The Rapper.

Nickelodeon is the number-one entertainment brand for kids, including television programming and production in the United States and around the world.
