Fast-rising Nigerian singer-songwriter Uchechi Emelonye has officially adopted a new professional name: Chechii.
Chechii, known for her soulful melodies and introspective lyricism, has built a strong following with tracks like Underwater and Foolish. Explaining the decision behind her name change, the artist emphasised that it aligns with her evolution both personally and musically.
