Iyabo Ojo Lambasts Her Colleagues For Defending Baba Ijesha Over His Alleged Rape Of A Minor

Nollywood actor, Iyabo Ojo has condemned her colleagues in the industry for defending actor Baba Ijesha after news that he defiled a young girl made headlines.

Recently, news of the arrest of Nigerian comic actor Baba Ijesha over the alleged rape of a 14-year-old girl caused a lot of social media stir. It was claimed that he had raped the young girl over time from the age of seven.

Because a minor is involved, she warned those clamouring for footage of when the actor was caught red-handed to desist from such.

She stated that victims of sexual assaults or abuse are usually hesitant to go public with abuses they experience from prominent people due to the kind of attitude are colleagues are displaying.

According to the mom of two, there was no justification for rape, and those who defended the actor by implying it was a smear campaign should get him an attorney if he is indeed innocent.
