Apple Music Announces DJ Cuppy As Their First Ever African Radio Host
American multinational technology company Apple has named Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola aka DJ Cuppy as their first African Radio host In a Million Dollar deal.
The streaming platform announced on Thursday that “Africa Now Radio with Cuppy” will debut Sunday and will feature a mix of contemporary and traditional popular African sounds. The weekly one-hour show will be hosted at 3 pm Nigerian time on Sundays.
The Africa Now Radio show which will be hosted and curated by Cuppy, celebrity daughter of Nigerian billionaire, Femi Otedola is a spin-off inspired by the Africa Now playlist.

On the show, Cuppy, who grew up between Lagos and London, will play the latest African sounds including, afrobeat, alte, house, amapiano, afrobongo and hip-hop and she’ll check in with artists and celebrities.
The globally recognized deejay, who hosted a TV series Cuppy Takes Africa, said via a press release,
