Pulse Influencer Awards 2023: Bella Okagbue, Tacha Akide, and Hilda Baci Take Home Top Honours
In a glamorous celebration of digital creativity and innovation, the 2023 edition of the Pulse Influencer Awards unfolded at the Tivoli Garden in Ikoyi, Lagos, on Saturday, October 7th, 2023.
The event, themed “The Golden Era – Bold & Elegant,” brought together the crème de la crème of the influencer industry, recognizing their remarkable contributions to the digital landscape.
This year’s awards ceremony saw three outstanding personalities shine brighter than the rest. Bella Okagbue, former Big Brother Naija housemate, emerged as one of the night’s biggest winners, securing not one but two prestigious titles: Lifestyle Influencer of the Year and Fashion Influencer of the Year. Bella’s influence in both lifestyle and fashion spheres has undoubtedly left a lasting impression.
Another standout winner was the versatile content creator, Joy Esiet Ayomide, widely known as Khloe’s Gram. Joy clinched awards in two distinct categories, namely Business Influencer of the Year and TikTok Influencer of the Year. Her ability to connect with audiences across these platforms solidifies her status as a digital force to be reckoned with.
The ever-popular Tacha Akide, a former Big Brother Naija housemate, was crowned Instagram Influencer of the Year. Tacha’s magnetic presence and engaging content continue to captivate her vast following on the platform.
In a culinary triumph, Guinness World Record holder Hilda Baci received the Food Influencer of the Year award. This recognition followed her groundbreaking achievement earlier in the year when she set the record for the longest time spent cooking.
Hilda’s culinary prowess and her ability to inspire through food have made her an influential figure in the digital realm.
