Nigerian Singer, Ink Boy has expressed his displeasure towards Sarkodie for not calling him for “One Million Cedis” music video shoot.

On Monday (March 13), the multi-award-winning Ghana-based rapper premiered the official visuals for the Afrobeats single, which features the Nigerian singer. “One Million Cedis” appeared as a single on the rapper’s 2022 R&B, Afrobeats, Amapiano, and tropical pop album “Jamz”.

“We were in Nigeria and Masterkraft played this,” Sarkodie in an interview with Apple Music in 2022. “I always follow the production ’cause it brings out what I have to say or how I have to feel. This beat’s tones are very dark and it makes you feel bossy. Ink Boy was creating melodies and when I heard them I was like, ‘This is what I want!! I got him on board, we had fun and he killed that hook.”

Meanwhile, Sarkodie is facing outrage from Ink Boy for the music video that premiered without him. In a series of tweets published barely 24 hours after the video went live, the Nigerian singer called out the Ghanaian rapper for not giving him the opportunity to perform his verse in the official visuals, while admiring his love for him.
