“You gave up your fame to make us a home!”RMD to Wife Jumobi On Their 21st Wedding Anniversary

Celebrating their 21st anniversary, Veteran Nigerian actor Richard Mofe-Damijo (RMD) shared a sweet note to thank his wife Jumobi for giving up her fame to give them a home.

In his post on Instagram, on Wednesday, December 29, he wrote

 “Gave up your fame to make us a home!

“One in the family is enough,” you said”

In the 1990s, his wife, Jumobi Adegbesan, was a household name as a TV presenter for African Independent Television (AIT), where she hosted the popular lunch break show. After leaving AIT, she focused on her marriage and a new career away from the spotlight.
