Power Actor & Singer Rotimi and Fiancée Vanessa Mdee Are Expecting Their First Child!

Rotimi, the actor and singer-songwriter known for his roles on the Starz series “Power” and “Boss,” and his fiancée Vanessa Mdee, a Tanzanian singer/songwriter, are currently expecting their first baby together, a son.

Vanessa, 33, and Rotimi, 32, met at an Essence Festival afterparty in New Orleans and got engaged on Dec. 30, 2020, in Atlanta.

Rotimi shared some maternity photos on Instagram, writing:

“My greatest gift has been you. You changed my life and now we are beautifully linked forever to raise a little us. I pray our son has your glow Your heart, Your mind, and your spirit. I will protect you and our son with everything I have! 🕊”
