Actress Judith Audu Appointed As a UN Refugee Agency High Profile Supporter

Award winning Nigerian actress and filmmaker, Judith Audu has been appointed as a UNHCR (UN Refugee Agency ) High Profile Supporter.

She will also additionally be engaged in the Telling the Real Story (TRS) project.

The appointment of Audu who has engaged with UNHCR’s TRS in the past year in awareness raising efforts against human trafficking was announced on the Organisation;s page a couple of weeks ago.

The announcement read.

Judith begun supporting Telling the Real Story (TRS) project in 2019. She participated in various field activities in Benin City, the capital of Edo State in Nigeria.

She has participated in radio talk shows, run in collaboration with TRS, aimed at raising awareness on the dangers of irregular movement. She additionally, participated in the 2019 World Day Against Human Trafficking that involved debate events in Secondary schools, and culminated in a 5 km ‘walk’ against human trafficking.
