I write you today to seek your unbiased intervention to stop the further destruction of the image of the Nigerian police by men who have shown countless times that they are not worthy of wearing the uniform.

Your Csp Eyoh in Delta state is at it again. In 2018, in his failed attempt to justify his illegal arrest, detaining and torture of human rights activists Harrison Gwamnishu and his colleagues, he lied that they broke into his police station to attack the DPO. He lost that case woefully because he could not prove anything.

This is 2020 and he has obviously not gotten over the shame, as he has detained colleagues of Harrisson Gwamnishus who went to the station to secure the bail of another person.

He has succeeded in deceiving the State commissioner of police in Delta state with fabrications backed by statements obtained under duress.

Csp Eyoh failed the 1st time and will fail again.

IF HE DOES NOT HAVE CONCRETE PROOF OF CULT ACTIVITY AND ALL HE HAS IS THE FORCED STATEMENTS OF INNOCENT HUMAN RIGHTS ACTIVISTS, THEN HE WILL BE SUED FOR THE CRIME OF FALSE ARREST, DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER AND MORE.

Kindly look into this and call this officer and the others who look like they have declared war on innocent Nigerians to order.
