Pearl Thusi Covers Cosmopolitan First-Ever Netflix Issue

South African actress Pearl Thusi covers Cosmopolitan first-ever Netflix issue ahead of the release of Queen Sono Africa’s first Netflix Original Series on @netflixsa where she plays the lead role.

Thusi shares her experiences in the local industry in the issue which is a global first for the Cosmopolitan brand worldwide.

The issue, was shot with an incredible all-female, crew and four of SA’s finest up-and-coming screen queens in the local industry whom Pearl Thusi handpicked as the next big things!

Queen Sono synopsis: After the assassination of her mother, Queen Sono grows up to become a kick- ass yet unconventional spy devoted to protecting the people of Africa. During a dangerous field assignment, Queen unknowingly uncovers shocking details about her mother’s death, sparking her own truth-finding mission.
