Layole Oyatogun To Debut Reality Fashion Series ‘Layole’s Lounge’ On May 6

Layole Oyatogun, a well-known broadcaster, PR guru, and red-carpet host, is gearing up to launch her newest project, ‘Layole’s Lounge’, a reality TV fashion show that is set to premiere on May 6. ‘

The show is focused on bringing the glitz and glamour of Africa’s top celebrities to viewers’ screens.

Oyatogun recently shared her excitement about the new show, stating that Layole’s Lounge aims to fill a gap in the market by providing viewers with an inside look at the fashion choices and red-carpet appearances of A-list celebrities.

The 13-episode reality series will feature African celebrities and will be hosted and executive-produced by Oyatogun herself.

According to Oyatogun, the show is about much more than just showcasing fashion.

“Red carpet events have evolved over time, and celebrity fashion is at an all-time high,” she said. “How do these celebrities get glammed? Celebrity fashion on the red carpet is always dissected and taken apart. I decided to show a behind-the-scenes look at how our favourite stars get prepped and glammed and the idea behind their sartorial choices.”

Layole’s Lounge promises to take viewers on a journey into the world of glamour and glitz of celebrity fashion, offering a unique look at the anxiety, fun, frustration, happiness, and stress that goes into creating the perfect red-carpet look.

The show will air on Africa Magic, DSTV channel 154, and marks a significant milestone in the dearth of fashion shows on TV.

Layole Oyatogun has been in the entertainment industry for several years and has made a name for herself as a red-carpet host and broadcaster. She co-presented an entertainment show called ‘Star Dust’ with her younger sister Mofe Oyatogun on MITV at the beginning of her career. After leaving Silverbird TV almost a decade ago, she established her PR and management company, where she represents celebrity clients like Iyabo jo, Priscy Ojo, and Segun Olusemo, among many others.
