Peace Hyde Pens A Love Note To ‘The Fatherless Women’

While the world is celebrating Fathers and Father figures, British Ghanaian Media Personality Peace Hyde has taken to Instagram to write a touching love note to ladies who grew up without the love, affection or presence of a father.

Revealing she passed through the same, she wrote:

” Iwant you to know that you are NOT alone! I know many of (us ) have created our OWN survival handbook to get through moments like this but know today (and everyday) that YOU are ENOUGH!”

I know many of (us ) have created our OWN survival handbook to get through moments like this but know today (and everyday) that YOU are ENOUGH! You have survived, you are resilient and determined. Your fathers inability to show up for you is not your fault and has everything to do with him ALONE. You’ve handled life effortlessly thus far, and today is NO different. It hasn’t been easy growing up without a dad, but I remind myself daily of WHAT I DO HAVE. I’m grateful for an amazing Superhero mother who played BOTH roles.
