DENRELE IS REALLY 39?
Well hell yeah!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE SEXIEST 39-YEAR-YOUNG SOUL!

Yes I definitely had moments of feeling pushed too far, extending my creativity and vulnerability muscles too much, and needing rest.

And I took these moments seriously.
I dedicated sone weekends to myself, said no to some plans and requests, and prioritized SELF-CARE.
I’ve really thought about what 39 looks like; And i’ve opened my energy and my mind up to a new level of curiosity!

As I step into my 39th year TODAY, I hope to continue practicing compassion for MYSELF first, knowing that it is the only way I can give it to anyone else.
I also want to take with me into my 39th year, an exhale of trust that I can continue to have the power to ground and center myself.
And that through this grounding, there will be a faith and fearlessness that will arise and fortify me in DOING THE WORK I AM MEANT TO DO!
