According to Oyetti who sings monthly at the Redemption Camp Service, “One Thousand Tongues” was birthed on the worship altar while thanking God for His grace and mercy over her life, having just resumed singing officially again after going through a near-death experience.

“It took a second experience to understand that God wants it out there to bless and inspire someone to show his/her gratitude to God for all his enormous blessings over us.”
