Davido Returns to Coachella Stage with High-Impact Weekend 2 Set
Davido took to the Coachella stage for Weekend 2 with a performance that reinforced his presence on the global festival circuit and highlighted the continued expansion of Afrobeats.
Following his appearance during the opening weekend, the Nigerian artist returned with a tightly delivered set that sustained audience engagement throughout.
His Weekend 2 performance concluded with the introduction of Jamaican artiste Shenseea, who joined him on stage for a closing segment that drew a strong response from the crowd. The collaboration followed his earlier Weekend 1 appearance, where Adekunle Gold featured as a guest.

Off-stage activity also drew attention ahead of the set. South African singer Tyla was present in support, while Davido was accompanied by his wife, Chioma, and members of his team who travelled in for the performance.

As the only Afrobeats act listed on this year’s Coachella lineup, Davido’s set positioned the genre within one of North America’s most prominent music festivals. His performance included a selection of well-known releases such as “Fall”, alongside collaborative tracks including “R&B” with Shenseea, reflecting both his catalogue and ongoing international collaborations.
