Here Is Why Genevieve Nnaji Is Getting Dragged On Twitter
Actress Genevieve Nnaji today caused a stir on Twitter for her tweet about against deaths of Tina and Uwa.
On Monday day June 1st, Genevieve went on her Twitter account to lament the deaths of Tina Ezekwe and Vera Omozuwa but part of her tweet that read: “we live in constant fear of men” didn’t go down well with quite a number of people and they were quick to berate her choice of words.
You can see Genevieve’s tweet and the angry reactions from twitter followers below:
They either abuse their power, or have the power to abuse. In or out of uniform, we live in constant fear of men. Tina Ezekwe. Vera Omozuwa. Rest In Peace my darlings. We will get justice.🌹💔 pic.twitter.com/e9c4ODcEri

We claim to be intelligent but far from it with the way we engage in most issue. Here is case of rape that we are suppose to deal with but someone decided to launch a useless war against men and you’re applauding her. Smh
Remember she has father, brother, uncle which u also hav

Have we not seen viral videos of women gang raping a man?
When you see evil call it by it perpetrators not contextualize it to generate sympathy for some people’s pathetic life because of the wrong choice they’ve made. Evil is evil no matter the gender.— Opara kingsley (@Quantizekay) May 31, 2020
You don’t need to be offended cause you fell into the category that was found wanting…it’s not the harmless bush snake’s fault that humans are scared of all snakes.
You can make a change in your little way…Do the next right thing!— TWYCE🦅✌🏽 (@Twyce_X) May 31, 2020
Some men under this tweet just came to wage a bitter war and then call it generalization.
If you are good, be good.
Women live in fear of men. Not all women live in fear of men, not all men are bad, so? So fucking what?
These women were murdered by men!— 🅦🅐🅛🅚🅘🅝🅖 🅜🅞🅤🅝🅣🅐🅘🅝👣 (@Nwabunike_) May 31, 2020
Rapists and criminals did this not men

use your head madam, my cousin was molested by a rev. Sis, I did not come out to say we live in constant fear of women. Most women do more harm than men.

Only guilty men will be bothered about her generalization!

So until my father eliminates rape, he should continue to accept being insulted by Oloshos like Genevieve?

This isn’t a war with men
The individuals responsible needs to be dealt with thoroughly
It’s an animalistic behaviour that should be condemned and the perpetrators brought to book
Nevertheless don’t turn this to a gender war. A lot of men also suffer in the hands if women
— SpiritNerd (@SpiritNerd) May 31, 2020
Constant fear of men❌❌ please ma, don’t generalize..
Some human decide to be evil and God in his Infinite power will expose and punish every evil doer…#JusticeForTina #JusticeForUwa

You’re on the verge of turning this into feminism war. I’ll urge you not to.
Lets face what’s before us. Crime has nothing to do with gender.— Dumbili B.C (@Dumbili_BC) May 31, 2020
Who will be the voice of the young men or little boys who are also victim of rape? If you think rape is only done to women you are thinking wrong. Young boys are being raped too especially in boarding schools, by their maids etc. Rape is not a gender war
